We ate at San Angel Inn and Le Cellier on the same day last week (SAI for lunch, LC for dinner).
I thought my steak at SAI was nearly as good as the one I had at LC later that night.
We had fantastic servers at both, and while the chips and salsa weren't as good as the pretzel bread, the atmosphere at SAI was much nicer than that of LC.

Last time I ate there was 2 years ago (for lunch) and we really enjoyed our meal. I can't remember now what I got, but based on that experience we will definitely be returning someday. It wasn't the best mexican I've had, but certainly not bad food (and really very few dining experiences in Disney World are the "best I've had"). We had a great time there!
If the menu is changed again we might give it a shot, plus we are planning to visit the new Tequila bar this April.
