San Angel Inn at Lunch??

Hubby and I will be travelling to WDW to celebrate our 27th anniversary in January. We're trying to choose a restaurant for a nice lunch at Epcot one day. DH is not an adventurous eater and is suggesting San Angel Inn. I want him to be happy but I just can't get excited about this one. Has anyone had lunch there recently? How was it? We won't be on the dining plan. We have DDE, plan on having drinks and would prefer something relaxing, not rushed. DH is a meat and potatoes guy, I prefer lighter meals, especially at lunch. I personally really enjoy the San Angel Inn at lunch time. It's such a gorgeous setting (as for a table that overlooks the water!)--a nice respite in the middle of the day. I really like their lunch menu as well, they have a yummy nacho/chicken entree that I always get.
