How spicy is the green tomatillo sauce on the dishes? I am a real wuss over anything spicy-I don't even like hot salsa to dip my tortilla chips in! When we've been to SA in the past I had the pollo alla Rajas and the chicken mole-would I be better to sticking to something like that? And how big is the tostadas de tinga for starters? We were wondering whether to pay OOP for that and split it if its fairly substantial
