Hi!! I currently have a BJ's Wholesale membership that will expire at the end of March. There are no specials for current members to renew at a discount and was wondering if I should let it expire and get a Sam's club membership. Before I do that I would like to know a few things before switching.

What price does the Disney Gift cards sell for. Currently the $500 is priced at $479.9, $150 for $144.99.

Do they sell Premier Protein Shakes in the health section? Currently the price is 16.79 at BJ's.

Or should I just renew for the $10 online membership since I am really only needing the Disney Gift cards.

Thank you in advance!! Ann Marie

Go to Samsclub.com and put in the items you are interested in with the zip of the closest store and you will be able to find what they have in stock. Different stores have different stock based on demand, so what might be at my store, might not be at yours.

I did and for Gift cards you have to sign in.

Gift cards are a better deal at BJ's when they run their sales. Sam's Club only has the set discount which is 3.5%-4.5% depending on which you buy. It's even a better deal to do the 5% at Target with a Red Card and that's no membership needed. I definitely wouldn't sign up at Sam's if it's just for gift cards.

The up side to Sam's is that it's one of the few places that lets you buy DGCs with their own Sam's/Walmart gift cards. So if that's something you'll be doing, it could work out better than Target's usual 5%.

Through Sam's club I find the discount to be a little bigger by buying the three pack of $50 gift cards (the $150 pack). You can buy 5 online at a time. This is what I do. I just ordered another round yesterday. My goal is to order the rest of mine by mid April as I don't think I will renew as we're getting a Costco in July and I'd like to try them.

Another thing to consider is Sams has lots of other GCs on sale/discount. Restaurants and such. And sometimes the deals are really good (someone posted A Rainforest Cafe one recently and over Christmas I remember seeing lots of others). I recently joined via Dosh and the $45/$45 deal they had going on. It might still be going on so check into that and then your membership would be free (and a $20 profit).

Is it 5 per day. Can I order 4 days in a row or spread it out a little.

Thank you everyone for the information

That, I do not know. I have not tried to make consecutive orders. I have always at least waited till the first order has shipped, to avoid risking anyone thinking it was a mistake/double charge. That has happened to me before but not with Dis cards/Sam's club.
