Sample Meal Plan, Any suggestions

Hi there...I think I have finalized our restaurant choices for the week and wanted to get some feedback. We will be staying most of our visit at the Boardwalk Villas so breakfast and lunch will most likely be there so I can use the kitchen facilities. Thanks!

July 11-18th
Staying July 11-13th at AKL
July 13th-18th-BWV
Cast: Planner, wife (me) age 34
Husband, 36
Two sons, ages 8 & 3 1/2

Friday:
Breakfast: Home
Lunch: something quick on the road following flight from Newark, NJ
Dinner: Reservations at Boma

Saturday: AK
Breakfast: Boma
Lunch/Dinner: AK or Disney Marketplace

Sunday: MK
Breakfast: Quick at AKL
Lunch: Quick at MK
Dinner: Restaurant on Boardwalk...either Spoodles or ESPN

Monday: MGM
Breakfast/Lunch: Villa
Dinner: 50's Primetime or possibly Hollywood & Vine if Fantasmic Package available

Tuesday: Water Park/Epcot
Breakfast/Lunch: Villa
Dinner: Garden Grill

Wednesday: MK
Breakfast/Lunch: Villa
Dinner: Crystal Palace

Thursday: Epcot
Breakfast: Princess Storybook breakfast
Lunch: Epcot, quick
Dinner: Cape May Buffet

Friday: Last minute park/rides
Meals are open at this point.....
6pm flight back to NJ...SOOO SAD!
