same old question. discount applied later?

OK, I am dropping a deposit next week for a trip in October. With that being said, what ever discount that comes out in august (if it comes out), can it be applied to my current reservation? I guess, what was the norm last year for the fall. I believe they had free dining.

I planned on just doing a resort and tickets only reservation.

Please let me know.

Resort is Port of Orleans Riverfront.

FD was blacked out last year from ~ 10/2 to 10/26 and POR as well as POFQ were excluded from the GP FD Fall offer completely. There were PINS that covered POR/POFQ.there were RO discounts in October

lol, your acronyms. I know its the norm, but Im struggling with them.

Anyway. We want to stay at a modern resort. Caribbean would be fine, even Coronado and we have no problem flip flopping. We are going regardless, but of course want a discount if offered, be it room discount or dining or free set of mugs...

I hope there is something.

We got pins for this spring, but have never gotten anything for the fall.

I wouldn't expect anything for fall until closer to the end of the spring discount.

You do have to CALL to get the discounts applied, they don't do it automatically (which I think you probably know, but wanted to point out anyway).

And like PP said, discounts don't always apply to EVERYTHING so be willing to either, 1, pay full price if you are very specific, or, 2, change things up a bit to save $$.

(I had my spring room booked before the specials came out. When I looked online, the room category I booked said there were none available with the discount, but the CM on the phone was able to hook me up no problem).
