Same Good Stuff at buffets?

I was just thinking about my past trips, and the idea crossed my mind that there wasnt much difference btw the good food and CP, and that at H&V, and CM. Am I remembering it wrong, or are these quite similar

Surely, someone here among all of the pros must have an opinion if I am right or wrong on this subject...

We did CP, CM, 1900 and Donald's on our last trip. On our honeymoon trip way back in '97 I remember all the buffets to be the same. Now, they are a little different. CP and CM was pretty similar but 1900 was completely different- we really liked that one! Didn't care for Donald's food and thought the characters were a little rushed (didn't help that we had a large pary next to us whose kids couldn't wait for the characters to get to their table and kept rushing over to ours while DS was trying to get some character time of his own...)
