Same day reservation?

Does DVC allow for same day reservations? I noticed that online does not, but I am wondering if it is possible if one calls? There's a huge wait right now, so I figured I'd ask here.

Yes. You can call and get a room that day. When my DD was a marketing intern, they lost power at their apartment but hotels did not so I called and got them a night that day at BWV!
