Considering an off-site stay in February. Since they have implemented Fast-Pass+ we have always stayed on-site. While we like on-site a lot now, we also like some of the benefits of staying off-site. Such as mutiple rooms, easy parking, full kitchen, "getting away" a bit, etc. that we have missed over our last several trips. My biggest concern will be not being able to get our fastpasses 60 days out. Has anyone that has stayed off-site had any problems getting the day of fastpasses they have wanted? Assuming that Feb should make things slightly better. If anyone has specific Feb or low season experiences, those would be even more relatable. But anyone's exp will be appreciated.

you'll be fine getting FP.
we usually schedule our FP late (a week or two prior to the trip) and we don't have a problem getting tier 1 FP.

Why are you worried about "day of " or same day FPs? If you're staying offsite you can book FPs 30 days out. I think the only one that might play hard to get is FEA.

You don't have to book same day Fp if you stay off site. Off site guests can make Fp 30 days in advance
30 days out for off site guests. You can still usually get FP's for all but 1 or 2 attractions (7 Dwarfs/Frozen). But even then, if you keep checking you can usually score the one's you missed out on.

sometimes you will even get lucky-- when we were eating breakfast before going to MK, I saw there was an opening for 7DMT and got to skip the hour wait line.

As long as you have tickets, you can book your fastpasses 30 days out. I've never had a problem getting what I want at 30 days out.

Whoa .... Well I totally missed that. I was under the impression that you could only get off site fast passes the day before. And I thought I was In the know about Disney. I guess since we have only stayed onsite since I glossed over the off site details. I feel stupid now. Thanks for all the responses setting me straight.

Keep in mind you will have to purchase your tickets and link them to MDE. Then you can book ONE DAY AT A TIME at the 30 day point vs when on site you could book FP for all your days once you hit the 60 day point.
