Salute tickets

Is anyone else having a hard time getting their salute tickets? Mine are backordered and they don't know when they will have them?

Did u try contacting shades of green?
The resort will sell tickets without you having to stay

Yes, I may have to reorder them through there but the local base told me I couldn't get a refund. I am going to try talking to them again on Monday. SOG said they should be able to and they had a few other people in the same situation. It's been a month and I don't have the initial order I made and they dont know when I will get it. So frustrating, it makes me nervous

I am also nervous if the shut down will affect the ticket office

Our military friend ordered ours a couple of weeks ago and we haven't received them. Did you contact them this week?
