Does anyone know the name of the salt Edo's serves along side it's
Crispy Suklyaki Beef Roll
(Thinly sliced beef wrapped around scallions)
It has a smoky grilled taste to it and would love to use it as a finishing salt for some my recipes.
(I usually use Imported Fleur De Sal or Pink Hawaiian)
