Salon / stylist question?

I just recently had my hair highlighted again.. and for the most part, I like how it came out.. but maybe just a little too blonde for me. (nothing against blondes..)... So here's the question.. is there something I can do at home to tone it down, without having to go back to the salon?

I'd give it some time before you try anything at home. You could tone it with a semi permanant color or something but it could be very porous and grab that color and beome a bit muddied looking. Often it seems really blonde after a highlight but once you get start getting a bit of contrast (in a week or so ) as it starts to grow out, it seems less blonde. I always think I am blonder than I want to be after a highlight. In 2 weeks, I'm happy.

If you are talking about the color orf the highlights then I'd still give it a bit of time and then go back and talk to your haircolorist about it. I really wouldn't try anything at home.
