Haven't seen anyone post about this recently - did Salon Mickey close (I think it was because of the flag stones outside being fixed/relaid)?
If it did, is it opening again this weekend?
I do hope it is open for when we arrive on Tuesday.

Never mind - I found the answer on the web.
Sadly the reopening (which should have happened tomorrow 13/2) won't now happen until 2/3
Never mind - at least I will still be at Disney.

I had this email from the Shareholders Club the other day about the extension of the Salon Mickey closure.


We announced in our e-newsletter N#22 of November 7th, 2014 the temporary closure from Monday, January 12 to at least Friday, February 13, 2015of the Salon Mickey for rehabilitation works.

As a result of bad weather conditions over the latest weeks, the reopening of the Salon Mickey will be postponed to on Monday, March 2nd, 2015 at 9 a.m.

These rehabilitation works are carried out on the area (paving) between Disneyland® Hotel and the entrance of the Salon Mickey and are implemented within the framework of our strategy of renovation and maintenance of our destination. This temporary closure is necessary to preserve your safety and comfort (noise of jackhammers, removal of broken and uneven pavement).

Thank you for your understanding and we will keep you informed in case of any change in the reopening schedule.

Thanks for that Jonjo - will have to go and check my junk items as I don't seem to have got that email.
It will seem strange visiting DLP and not popping into Salon Mickey for a rest and a warming drink.
