Salmon at Boma

Trying to make reservations for Boma. My dad loves the salmon and we'd love to be sure it available on the day we go. Does anyone know what day, or days, of the week it is on the buffet?

I had no idea there was a rotation of different foods for Boma! (Other than breakfast/dinner and seasonal.) We've eaten there several times but didn't know about the weekly rotation.

That is amazing! I've never seen the rotations spelled out before! Now if you could point me to one for Cape May Cafe all my buffet questions would be answered )))
