Do most places have fat free dressing options? Or should I order some single serve packs from amazon to toss in the back pack (dh has gall bladder issues and needs to eat very low fat).
Disney is very accommodating about people's dietary issues. If you are in a restaurant, most likely they will have some sort-of f/f dressing - they can always make something up for you as well.
In the QS places, you may not have as much of a choice, so it never hurts to pack a few if needed. But they will usually have at least one.

We have brought packets of salad dressings many times and bought from this site. We are pretty picky but not necessarly fat free. It works out really well! Most CS have Kens fat free italian (DH Fav) in a packet but it doesn't hurt to be prepared!
