Hi!
I usually post on the Disney topic boards, but I have some weight to lose before my next Disney vacation in May. I love eating salad, but I'm having a hard time finding a low cal./fat free dressing. I have tried many of the fat free dressings and I dislike them all. I have been using Ken's light french dressing mixed with the light blue cheese very sparingly on my salads. I'm looking for any good fat-free or light dressings (homemade or store bought). Thanks! :goodvibes

my absolute favorite is Kraft Light Done Right -- Three Cheese Ranch

even my DH and DD eat it :teeth:

also i like Ken's fat-free Raspberry Pecan

and WELCOME to the WISH board -- glad you stopped by :sunny:

I like the Kraft Light done Right With Olive Oil House Italian.
Have you tried dipping your fork in the dressing, then spearing your salad? This doesn't work well with a vinagrette style dressing, but if you like ranch/blue cheese/creamy styles, it works well. creamy dressings will cling to the tines a little bit, giving you the taste of dressing with each bite, but not saturating the salad.

One little thing to keep in mind is that the fat-free and low-fat dressings are loaded with much more sugar than the regular dressings! If you're watching your sugars at all, you might want to check for that.

I try to stay with the oil dressings, such as Balsamic Vinegarette. They have lower sugars. :)
