Ok, went to the luau this year and LOVED the dressing on the salad they bring out before the meal.

Can anyone tell me what kind of dressing it is again (I totally forgot, should have written it down)? And tell me if it is something you can purchase at the grocery store? Or is it a local or homemade thing?

I must have some of this wonderful dressing :)

I have no idea if this is your dressing, but their is a recipe in my Disney cookbook for a Buttermilk Coconut Dressing from the Coral Isle Cafe in the Polynesian Resort. I realize it is a different place to eat, but the dressing may be the same. Let me know if you want me to detail the recipe.

There is also a honey lime dressing on Deb's page from Ohana.
