Salad at Teppan Edo

Was just reading that you get a salad at teppan edo. We have an ADR for September and have eaten there the last few years and a salad just doesn't seem to fit with the other offerings. I was wondering what kind of salad and dressing it is.

It's a pretty ordinary iceberg lettuce with a few shreds of carrot salad. The good part is the ginger dressing. It's also fairly small.

At every Hibachi restaurant I've been to, it's the customary salad, with LOTS of ginger dressing.
