Sailing to Alaska--questions about Wonder and packing

DSLRs are complex pieces of equipment, I'm still learning new things about one I purchased four years ago and used regularly!

My second digital body is a D5100, and it was the one that came with me to Alaska (I only had one at the time). I kept it around because it's just a really nice camera body - small and light but packs a punch and the systems tend to work without getting in the way.
