Definitely book the same room so you don't have to move. Our first cruise was a B2B on the Dream. We liked seeing the shows on the first cruise so that for the second, if we really liked it, we could go again. If there was something else going on at the same time, or we just didn't want to rush, we could skip it. Dinners were easy because if we were trying to decide between two dishes, we knew we could have one the first cruise and the other on the second. We loved our dining team. Our head server asked if we wanted to stay with them or change for the second cruise. We chose to stay, and when they found out, they were so happy. It is hard for them to get a whole new group of people every 3/4 days, so not having to learn our name or drink routines, etc, made it easier for them. Our room host didn't leave us tip envelopes on the last night of the first cruise, so we asked at guest services. I'm still worried that we got her in trouble, as she apologized when she saw us again and said that she assumed we would just wait until the end of both cruises to tip. We also booked Palo the first night of the second cruise. Our thought was, it wouldn't be a popular time to go as people were just getting onto the ship, not sure about luggage, etc. We were already settled in, etc and it was a great night.
