Safeway or Instacart/Publix?

I can't bring myself to pay Garden Grocer/Orlando Grocery Express prices when I look at these two websites I've seen mentioned on the forum. Anyone have recent experience with either? We are staying at Pop if that helps.

The only downside I can see is having to be present for delivery, but that's only if you have alcohol right? Safeway has a deal on now for $25 off your first order plus free delivery which is mighty tempting if still available in April when we go.

Bonus points if any Canucks can comment on whether they had issues with the process.

We have used Safeway about 4 times now and each time has been great!! The most recent time was just a few weeks ago. Every time they had my order right and was delivered when they said it would be. I have not purchased alcohol from them so I am not sure about that & all times they delivered they just left with bell services as I had put in my notes. I would highly recommend them.
