Yes. The resorts have them

Can't say for sure about CBR but I would assume that they do as I have used them at POR-R and GF so I would think all the resorts probably have them in the check-in buildings.

Most of the resorts as far as I know, also have at least a small in-room safe in the wall of the closets in the rooms too if what you need to lock up is small enough

CBR has in room safes. If you need to store something else I would check at the Customs house upon check in.
