Safe passage verification code issues

I just tried to log into the safe passage site but waited over an hour for a verification code. I called the Inspire Diagnostics customer service code and they said that they are having issues with Comcast e-mail addresses going through and suggested I try a different e-mail account. I used my Google account and received the verification code immediately. I thought I'd help someone else avoid the same issue by posting my experience.

Not just Comcast. I actually finally got my Comcast account to receive the email today, using that one for my daughter. Using my work email for myself. Worked fine in August. Nothing doing today. All possible domain names are enabled and I’ve tried 5 times today. Checked all spam filters for held and rejected emails. Nothing (as Yukon Cornelius would say). Guess I’ll try again tomorrow. To say that they have significant IT issues with Safe Passage would be . . . an understatement.
 
I had that issue today as well. Tried it 4 times and no code. I switched browsers from Safari to Chrome and it worked.

No dice. Tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox, even IE. No authorization code email. And it WORKED for this same email address in August. Maybe it can’t negotiate Outlook Exchange servers any more. Good gracious why don’t they authenticate by text like the rest of the world. Looks like another long day on hold tomorrow. Sigh.
 

If you are using an exist safe passage account....Log out. On the log in page add your email and password but don't use the "log in" button. At the bottom of the box it says register new account/add new reservation. Click on the add new reservation button. It Will bring you to page that allows you to add your reservation number. Fill out page and you should get the code.

Thank you John! That worked! Never in a thousand years would I have thought the answer would be to NOT login on the login page. Just a bit counterintuitive. 😏

Glad it worked.I only know because I did the same thing. When I called Safe Passage they told me to create a whole new account....that's when I saw that "add a new reservation".

What a joke of a website authentication. Tried the Safe Passage hundreds of times and it says the verification code was sent to mine and several others in my party…no email. Day 10 now and no return phone calls from Safe Passage. What a complete joke and it makes DCL look really bad.
 
Full disclosure and for everyones information the problem was the internet provider had blocked the domain from Safe Passage and would not allow any email to be transmitted. If you get a notice that verification email has been sent and it is not received in your inbox it may be blocked by the internet provider. Love that we found out the problem and believe Safe Passage is really busy as we have not received after leaving numerous messages. We learn to stay patient through the process. Hope this helps others.
