safe passage registration - error message on 15 days out?

Went to register on safe passage and I get the error message that reservation can't be found. The countdown on the app says 14 days and 15 hours out from cruise. Shouldn't safe passage be working since we are less than 15 days? The phone number provided doesn't reach a human, just a recording of when you should be able to register. Anyone have this issue? Any advice?

Safe Passage has to wait for the DCL info to uploaded into their system so it may even be tomorrow. We had one that was a day late, not an issue.

Relax. It's not a "rope drop" situation. There's nothing you need to panic-do right at 15 days on the dot. It'll be open at some point today.
