Safari Club at Rain Forest Cafe??

I understand if I join Safari Club that I can get a $10 coupon in the mail plus 10% off our meals.

The website says you have to join at the restaurant. Does anyone know if there is a fee to join?

The fee used to be $10 and you got a $10 GC right on the spot. I believe it's now $10 or $15 and you get the certificate mailed to you?? They also send out certificates for birthdays and anniversaries, so make sure you list them. I have two $5 certificates that expire right before our trip; fortunately they honor expired certificates as they know many people don't have a RFC nearby.

Yes, I believe it is $15. The $10 certificate was mailed to us when we joined a couple years ago.

I think when we joined it was $15, with an instant $5 coupon and then a $10 coupon mailed to you later. You also will get $5 coupons on your birthday and the aniversary of your sign-up date.

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the card and coupon? We joined in July at the RFC in Michigan and we haven't received the card yet.

Another nice feature is the priority seating when you check in with your card....great at DTD...

You also get benefits at other Landry Restaurants. I use mine all the time for discounts at the Joe's Crab Shack.

We joined at a RFC. They gave us the discount on the meal we were eating that day and a temporary card. Still waiting on the regular card, though.

Thanks for the info. Since we don't have a RFC here in Indy, I don't think it would be worth the $15. Thanks so much for the info though.
