Sad, sad week. Help?

I'm so sorry
Suicuide is a really tough thing I mean coming from someone who's attempted it before and does some things no one would expect she would do I would know that...
Personally I would just treat your best friend like you used to treat her before this happened I mean when I attemted suicuide I never texted anyone announcing I was going to do it was most likely a cry for help...
I'm really sorry that this happened
It's been rough. I'm not going to treat her any differently because I know it would do more hurt than help. It justs makes me sad to see her so upset. I wouldn't want anything to happen to her.

One of my friends has attempted suicide. It's the scariest thing. She spent a good deal of our Sophomore year in the hospital, under suicide watch. Sometimes I'm afraid it didn't work (it doesn't seem like it has, to be honest). It's not easy, I'll tell you. She's a cutter, too, and can't stop. She really, really wants to, but she just can't; she's that addicted to it.

Another of my BEST BEST friends is also a cutter. Unlike my other friend, she doesn't want to stop. She even told me, "I'm sorry, I love you, but you can't make me stop. No one can." Breaks my heart that I can't get her to stop, and that she's going to hurt herself no matter what. :sad1:

Yet another of my close friends (we're a messed up group) goes in and out of depression. He lost his best friend this past May (she died suddenly, in an accident...you may remember me posting about this) and he hasn't been doing well since. Because he was on the scene of the accident at the time, he's really not taking it well. He keeps saying "I want her back". It also breaks my heart to see him like this, because I care so much about him.

Didn't mean to hijack your thread, OP.

No worries, it is nice to hear I am not alone. (well not nice of course because the situations are terrible.) Your stories break my heart. I hope they get better it is so sad feeing so useless and unable to do anything to help.

Jenny, really?

I didn't think people could die from those.. My boyfriend has one. He, in fact is a football player. He got it from another guy on the team that had it.

Now like five of them have it. His is healing up now, but I didn't think they could get that serious..

Yeah, unfortunately. He was so healthy and normal, so that's why it was shocking. I'm sorry about your boyfriend though, I'm sure he'll be fine.

Thanks :)

It hurts, yeah, but you just gotta...get through it.

Aww, I'm soo sorry for your loss :[
I won't be much of a help with your friend, as I have never experienced that. I hope all turns out well though [:
