My grandad Jim has passed away in hospital he just stopped breathing then died could you please offer messages of support that would be much appreciated it just happened suddenly

thank you everyone for your kind messages of love and support I am being strong about my grandad's passing but I will break down and cry at his funeral I think it's going to be Wednesday or Thursday
