Sad, bizarre local story

A 3 yr. old boy was left in a shopping cart at Shopko. A man took him to the toy dept., handed him a toy and walked away. Video cameras show the man and boy coming into the store and then later shows the man leaving. The little boy doesn't appear to be abused, talks fondly of his mom, says he has 4 sisters but doesn't live with them, and speaks fondly of a grandpa. But no one is coming forward with any information! He sure is a darling little fella.

That is a bizzare story. I hope he gets back to the family that he was with. I am just wondering, did they want him that's why he was left. he is a real cutey, how could anyone do that no matter what the cicumstances are.
