Sad 11 year old no longer

Hi guys,

First of all Merry Christmas to you all, hope you all had a wonderful day

We bought snow globes in Disneyland during our October trip & gave them to our girls for Christmas, they were very excited

Unfortunately DD11 didn't put her Mickey in the Sleeping Beauty Castle snow globe away safely before her little 2yr cousin came over & it was broken, she is devastated & has learned a big lesson about precious things & Toddlers....

Does anyone have the phone number for Disneyland stores or customer service, or any experience with the sort of Disney magic she needs right now, she's being very brave & forgiving, but we'd love see her smile again

Try calling DelivEARS... There seem to be a few different numbers if you google for it though

If you still have the receipts (don't laugh, I keep all receipts for scrapbooking purposes) they generally have a merchandise phone number on them.

I know how she feels, it happened to my DS 8 with a snowglobe last christmas and his little cousin (3) broke it...Lots of tears ...Let me know!

I just wanted to let you all know that I was able to get on to DelivEARS & they were incredibly helpful & today the Fedex man turned up at our door with a shiny new snow globe for DD11.... The smile on her face was priceless
