SAB rehab Jan-March '03

This was bought up on the Resorts thread and I thought I would ask here for any info anyone might have on it. One poster said SAB would be closed for that time frame. I called and CM said only parts would be down. Anyone have any info????

I just read on another site that it is only the SAB slide that is being shut down, not the entire SAB. They confirmed it with a few different CM's on the phone.

Sounds like it might be more than just the slide---other posters said they heard parts of the pool would be shut down as well. Any updates on this? We're going Jan 1 and this would be a major disappointment for us.

I haven't tried it, but from what I've read in other posts, the slide needs attention. Something about the seems hitting your backside as you slide down being uncomfortable.

Jan. will be questionable swimming anyway.

I would expect SAB would need more maintenance breaks thatn other pools given it's complications.
