SAB on split stay transfer day

DSis and kids will be leaving BCV and checking into BWV. They have already checked in online for both resorts. Will they be able to use SAB on transfer day if they have already checked in at BWV?

My understanding is that they have privileges at the checked out resort until midnight.

But what does the SAB guard see on the Magic Band? If they are checked in at BWV, will the guard see that they have just checked out of BCV? They would like to get into BWV as soon as possible but would like to use SAB in the meantime.

We did a split from club level to a 1 bedroom at AKV. If we checked out from the CL room (on departing day) I knew we would have been able to access the lounge all day.

When we went in the morning to check out of CL and check into the 1 bedroom the CM said once we did it we wouldn't be able to access the lounge because the system would only recognize the 1 bedroom. If we wanted to use the lounge we should wait to check into the 1 bedroom later in the day.

That's ridiculous! the CM should have made you a key for the lounge good for the rest of the day.

OP - I would either go to the lobby to tell them the issue and have them rectify it, such as with a key or some other pass. Another alternative is to use a separate MDE account. This runs into issues if you have tickets because then you'd have to have 1 band for room and 1 band for park tickets.... or carry around the park passes.

I don't know what the guard will actually see on the MB, but you do have rights to use it until midnight on your check-out day.

You'd have to request it right? Because if you have a MB, they don't always give you a wrist band.

Oh, my last BCV stay was over NYE. Is I possible I missed the fact that I did not get a wristband?

Since MB, I have never gotten a wristband at the pool. They always just scan my MB. However, my kids typically do not wear their MBs to the pool and always get a wrist band.

When we checked out of BLT we weever able to access tge pool via MB later that day . We had to ask the front desk to reset the bands for us . Once they were reset we were able to swim all day.
