Update #2- So I took everyone's advise and called to talk to Member Administration. I was told by the first person I talked to at MS that I needed to email them but I decided to call instead. When you call DVC # it does have an option for Member Administration but when you connect to them they now tell you to email them your questions or information(if you are adding or taking off a person on your Contract) . So I emailed and I heard back from them by the end of the next business day and I was told that my Contract was transferred on 6/13 and the turn around for points is about 10 business days and I'm passed that so he said he resent a request to the support team to process the point transfer ASAP. I was told this last evening and I have checked my acct and no points as of yet so the wait continues.

I'll pile on, but I think how helpful MS is depends on who you get at MS. I closed the same week as you and had a similar timeline for seeing my contract, and I called MS last Monday and had an agent who put me on hold while they spoke with MA, and within 15 mins I had my points. It's unfortunate this is such a luck of the draw thing.

This was a same UY add on which may have helped the headache tho...
 
Funny thing is thats how my 1st call went, MS put me on hold for quite a while then came back telling me it could take another 1 to 3 weeks and thats when I got in touch with MA to see what happened to my points. My Contract probably ended up getting pushed to the bottom of a pile or something like that. I'm just thankful I'm not looking to use them ASAP or even having to bank them. We will see how long ASAP takes in my case.
 

Question ive had about this whole process that I think is related to your issue of getting points loaded.

Once the contract shows under your dvc account, do you still have to wait for points to be loaded to make a booking?

We should close tomorrow, and hope to have at least the account set up part done by 8/6 to get a res in for a trip in March we are planning (either all at home resort SSR or HOPEFULLY a split stay with BLT for proximity to MK). The contract we bought doesnt have any points coming until 2/2022, so im hoping the need to get points loaded is to use/bank 20/21 points and they dont have to be loaded to make a future booking using future points you dont actually have yet?

Points need to be loaded to make any reservation. And you have the 2022 already showing in the account since one can already make reservations using 2022 points (either for next year in that UY or by borrowing).

It doesn't matter what the points year is. It is one step to load the contract you've purchased and a second step to get points loaded. Any points. Sometimes there's little to no delay but sometimes there's a longer time between the steps.

I just wanted to let you guys know after emailing Member Administration on Sunday and them returning an email back to me on Monday telling me they would put in a request to have my points posted ASAP as of today my points have made it into my acct. yeah.
