?'s on Purchasing a Resale Contract

So I purchased a 50 point Resale contract a few months ago and I have gone thru the whole process except for seeing my points in my acct. I was told it would take DVC a few weeks to a couple of months to get this done. So heres the thing I went into my acct yesterday and saw my new contract listed under my acct. It states the correct resort and that we purchased a 50 point contract but there are no available points, it just states 0 of 50 for all the years that the website lists. I checked again today and the same thing. So here are my questions, Is this right? has this happened to others? are they still in process of putting the points out there and I just need to wait for them to finish what they are doing? At what point should I be talking to someone? I've only just noticed it yesterday and today so it could of been out there for days I'm not sure.

It can take a few days for the points to be loaded after the contract shows up in your account. This is normal.

Thanks for your help i was wondering if it was something like that and not my points never making it to my acct
