?'s on buying new at SSR

I don't own yet at DVC. What is the price on buying new at SSR? Do they still offer money back if points are "sold back" to DVC the first year? My husband finally showed some interest so I want to get my facts straight before giving him the shpeel. Thanks

I believe it is $89.00 per point until Apr 4th. Then, it rises to $95.00 per point.

The last incentive that I heard about was $5.00 per point discount (you keep your points) and $10.00 per point discount if you sell your first year points back.
