??'s about AP/Fl Res Rates

We are planning a trip for April. Sister-in-Law lives in Tampa, has a Florida Resident annual pass. She would be staying with us on trip. Would we be eligible for AP/Fl Res discounts if the reservation is in my husband's name, not hers? Also, are we eligible for both discounts AP and FL Res, ie one is sold out and the other is available?

Due to a conference I was attending in the Tampa area, I took a few days extra and took my mother to Disney World for her first trip ever. She is a Florida resident. I called and booked with her discount, letting them know that I would be paying the entire bill. That wasn't a problem. All they had to do was put her name on the reservation as one of the adults and the bill was still in my name. She showed her Florida ID at the desk, I paid with my[Michigan] credit card.
