RustManFan(Marion)~I am about finished with creating the Wonderful Shirts with the help you provided for me and my family! I have looked at your Sports Designs and wondered if you could create a couple for me.

I hope you don't mind that I started a new Thread to ask for your help. I know, I know I even read your posts about how to do it etc but wasn't sure and I thought this would be the best way. I sent another post on my original thread but I wasn't sure if it would come to you or not.

Under Basketball:
Kentucky-5 Blue Ears with the Wildcat in the middle
On One Ear could you put: FUTURE
On Other Ear: PLAYER

Kentucky-
On One Ear: Big Red
Other Ear: #20

I wasn't able to find this for UK but if you have TinkerBell with the UK Symbol on her Cheek I would LOVE to have one that Says: Everybody Loves a Kentucky Fan

Hmmm, I thought I did follow the request correctly. I read Post #1 several times before I even sent you this request via a thread. I went to your photobucket site and under your basketball area I listed the jpg title as you have it listed. I know I am new but at this and I do try to play by the rules. So, can you help me understand where I went wrong? I appreciate all your help and I am sure even though this is "FUN" it gets annoying helping to guide us newbies along the ropes. I do appreciate it very much though.

And the jgp file is Kentucky-5 for both requests with KY Mouse ears and the wildcat in the middle. I did not see a Tinkerbell with UK on her cheek. I did leave out the number jpg on the 2nd Kentucky request. Sorry about that. They are both the same just different sayings on the ears.

Hi Kisha, I'm somewhat of a newbie myself but I've been requesting DISigns for a few months and maybe able to help. Rustmanfan does wonderful designs and tons of them! Marion has a few different threads on which you can make request. For example one thread handles only holiday requests. The link Marion posted above is the appropriate place to make your request I believe. Go to the last page of that thread and post your request following the rules in post one. Some designers like you to include if there is a date you need the design by but I believe Marion handles requests in order but seems to be super fast. When I made my requests they were done within a couple of hours at the most! And beautifully I might add. I hope this helps and enjoy this site. I love it! -Roni

Thanks, so much Roni! I wasn't sure how the thread things work. I noticed that the date that they were started was several years ago and I was scared to post something on it thinking it might not get to her. So, Yay! I will give it a shot! She did design some very cool images for some shirts for my family. We leave on Sat morning to go to the Most MAGICAL PLACE on Earth and I, as my kiddos are sooo very excited!

Ha ha...That Marion is on it! I just visited the link that she sent me and went to the last page and Wah LA...There was my request! I am such a dork, I know she was trying to help me out by posting the link like LOOK HERE ya big GOOF BALL but I thought she was trying to give instructions upon how to request. Well, she was more than likely doing both. I got it now! Thanks for the wonderful designs and thanks for the ROOKIE help Roni!

It's not just me....you need to place your request in a DISigner's request thread (the right one!) if they have one available. Starting your own thread is perfectly ok if you are requesting a new DISign that you haven't seen by any DISigner. But not addressed to a specific DISigner. Ok? Clear as mud?

Please take the time to check out the Meet the DISigners and How To sticky threads at the top of the forum. Many new DISers miss them and they are both very helpful.....

Now DORK happy creating and future requesting!!
