I went to the book store to see if there were any running nutrition books, specifically for gearing up to a 1/2. And I found NOTHING!!!
First - is there such a thing???
Second - are there online sites for this??
I have a great collection of books to help me train for a 1/2, but none on how to eat!
Suggestions please?
