If I purchase a special priced rundisney ticket, will I be able to link it to MDE and make fast pass ahead of time?

Yes, any valid ticket can be linked to MDE.

Yes, I was able to add our Wine&Dine tickets to MDE.

Things may have changed recently but when I did TOT in 2013 and Wine and Dine in 2014 I had to buy the tickets separately from the room reservation through Run Disney so that they could be sent to me. I was told if they were attached to package they couldnt send them and that's what I experienced in 2013.
