Thank you! A non-runner friend of mine mentioned that it could have been tied to my sore thigh/groin if it affected my gait. I'm not sure if that's the case, but it made sense to me. Either way, definitely need to keep consistent on the core/upper body workouts - and NOT lift the week of a race.Congrats on your PR!
I've also experienced weird shoulder pain while running that impacted my ability to run fast. I totally forgot about it so I'm not sure why it happened or how I remedied it so not super helpful but sometimes it's nice to know you're not alone.
