I am a huge fan of Sweaty Bands and when I saw they had the Run Disney sweaty bands, I promptly ordered them in every color available. They came in the mail yesterday and I love them. I love how the red almost looks pink when I put it up against my dark pink running shirts too!

Here is a pic http://www.fairytalesandfitness.com/2013/10/special-delivery-from-run-disney.html
I'm hoping to get some other Disney type sweaty bands at the up coming expos. We have the one that say's Sorry Charming Gotta Run http://www.fairytalesandfitness.com/2013/09/sweat-bands-and-give-away.html

But I haven't seen any other Disney-ish ones before. Have you? I'd love to see pics if you have one.

Thats very cute.

With "keeping the sweat from rolling onto my face" as the sole criterion, how do the Sweaty Bands compare to Bondi Bands? If you know. Thanks!

(That's my only criterion because I wear my hair in a bun when I run so my sweaty ponytail doesn't thwap anyone. Keeping hair back is accomplished with the bun so then I just want the sweat to stay out of my eyes as much as possible)

So cute! I'm going to have to order one! I have several other Disney-ish ones...I got a one that's blue with a tiara that I got at the same time as the "Sorry Prince Charming". There is also a Minnie bow one. At Dumbo, I got a Dumbo one and there was a DL half marathon one but they were gone before I could get one.

I have not used bondi bands, but have seen them and I don't know if I would like all the material over my head ( I have a rather small head). I have used Hippy Runner bands that seem to be a bit similar though. I do like how tight the Sweaty bands fit up against the forehead. You should definitely try one out. I think you would like it!

I saw your Dumbo one and love it!

p.s
Your trip recaps look fun! I'm looking forward to reading them !

As a heavy sweater and also as someone with fairly frizzy hair, I find I use the two different types of bands for different types of workouts. Bondi band = all summer long, i.e. hot humid runs, longer runs all year round, bike trainer workouts, and underneath my bike helmet. Sweaty band = shorter runs in cooler weather, yoga, strength and core workouts, and when I'm not actually working out at all. Because my hair is frizzy and flies away, even when it's pulled back I've got some strays that I like to catch with a sweaty band. But for me, I need a bondi band or headsweats visor to really catch the sweat.

Good info! And perfect for my hair, too. :)

Ah man I almost ordered a Hippy Runner one, then forgot to add it back to my shopping cart. And now there's no time.
