Rumours about delays for Rip Ride Rockit

Well the cause has been found...apparently someone is still a little angry that their home has been removed, even though it's been several years, he's still taking revenge...

(but hey maybe Universal should put Kong near the track anyway and have a large animatronic that doesn't break down in a major multi-million dollar rollercoaster like that Yeti down the road)

Remember, these are just rumours. It does look like they are behind schedule, but how far we don't know. Lots of progress is still being made. Track is in the station which is now being painted.

Some of the rumors I've heard are just mindbogglingly bizarre. Others are more sensible.

No more info. Things are progressing. My theory is that they are waiting for Mardi Gras to be over before they bring back the big cranes and get the rest of the track done. They are still working on the break through in the wall over by Twister. There are some issues there that are being resolved and LOTS of landscaping to do. There is still a long ways to go on this coaster.

from what i know they have added the track to the station so maybe the lift might get some love once the station is completely done and mardi gras thats just a hunch tho i kno ill be there first week of may so ill be taking pics

Mardi Gras has no effect on construction. They installed the section directly behind the stage while the event was going on. Lack of construction has been due to delays.
