Rumor Heard

Okay I heard this rumor and I was hoping there wasn't any truth to it but hopefully someone can clear it up for me. I have been led to believe that when Backlot Tour goes down for rehab after GMR they will be tearing down residential street and replacing it with a monster ??? show similar to the one in Paris. Is there any truth to this rumor? If so does that mean no Osborne Spectacle of Lights this year?

There is a thread about the Osbourne Lights. Near the end of page 1 into page 2 they are talking about the backlot and the Christmas lights. Looks like they will be gone for this year but will be coming back next year somewhere else in MGM.

Rumor was/is a street stunt show with cars simillar to the one in Paris.

I don't see where you said what you "expect" the attraction to be. I can only find the post where you said there were markers out and the other one where they were removing the fastpass machines from MuppetVision. I was going by the rumor posted on Screamscape.
