Rug question

We just moved some living room furniture around and the dents in the rug (where the couch used to be) are really deep. Does anyone have any hints or suggestions how to get them back up? It's been over a week and they still look the same.

We're having a party on Sunday and I'd really like it to look better by then.

Try spraying with a little water, and brushing upwards. I had the same problem with my dining room table when I moved it. You may have to do it a couple of times.

I haven't tried it but a friend of mine swears that putting an ice cube in the dent in the morning made it ok by the time she came home from work.
