Ruby Tuesday's makes a pasta salad with corkscrew pasta, peas, ham and a mayonnaise type dressing. Does anyone know how to make something like this?

I don't know, but I know that there are websites that have recipes from restaurants. Maybe try doing a google search if someone doesn't reply (which of course they will soon... :) ).

I know the one you are talking about! It's yummy!

This is the recipe that I found after I googled it (I found it at recipegoldmine), sounds like what you're looking for. If you end making it, please let me know. That salad is one of my favorites. :)
Ruby Tuesday's Pasta Salad (clone)
Salad
8 ounces macaroni, cooked and drained
8 ounces ham, cubed*, about 2 cups
8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese*, cubed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, cooked and drained
Dressing
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup grated parmesan or Romano cheese
2 teaspoons dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a large bowl combine salad ingredients.
In a smaller bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over macaroni mix and toss to blend well. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. (More mayonnaise or sour cream may be needed.)
*Note: We cut our ham and cheese into quarter-inch cubes.

and use Hidden Valley Ranch dressing...I use the packets that you make up yourself..that way you can adjust how much mayonnaise you use..you can use light if you want also!..I also add some chopped red onion to the ham, peas, corkscrews, and add cheddar cheese cubes..never any leftovers!

Thanks so much for the recipes. I get the salad bar just for this. It's addicting!

I have the recipe somewhere - dh used to work there - I'll see if I can find it - but it's a HUGE recipe....I'll tell you what I remeber from it...oh yea I think it's on copcatrecipes.com---or some place like that it was in a newspaper a # of years ago...
ANYWAy

It's ham, frpzen peas, ranch dressing, french fry seasoning, & noodles. I think that's it...I'll look & see if I can find the actual recipe...
