rstransport booking question

Hi, I was trying to book rstransports to take us from CDG to Hotel Cheyenne, but when you choose disneyland, it only has a few hotels on the drop down and cheyenne isnt one of them.

So do I need to choose Santa Fe as its the closest.

Some help would be appreciated as I would like to book today as I originally contacted ezyshuttle but they were booked out for my dates

Book for the SF and in the message box explain its actually the Cheyenne. Done this before no problems

Thanks Kizzabel, I've done that now, and its just given me that error with the booking but I have seen before on here that it does that regularily so Im just waiting on my confirmation email ,

Got the confirmation that they took the money, so I guess they will send an email then outlining where the pick up is etc?

yes they will - i dont think thats automated so it might be tomorrow before you get it.

I booked over two weeks with ago and only got the payment confirmation. I guess I better email them since I have nothing in my spam..

where did you get the payment confirmation from?

I got the credit card confirmation from a company called systempay

Then today I got the proper mail about pickups today

Oh and neither email went into my spam folder

I got the system pay confirmation as well. I sent an email off last night so hopefully I will hear from them today. because of the time difference I will w a it to panic until tomorrow!

No I didn't. I booked through their site but when I looked at my confirmation it says " bstranport" on the confirmation. I sent a message to both companies since there is a bstranport in Paris too, but so far nothing. If I don't hear by tomorrow I am canceling through my card and getting another company. This lack of communication scares me. I think I will send another message after work canceling and see if they respond to that!

I sent both that email I promised and listed a time frame or I contact my card company to refund,hopefully soon they will respond. My email is a bit strange so I even used my husband's email to make sure they didn't get me as junk.

Anyone know the rules for for 5 in a taxi - two under two toddlers? Preparing for the worst! Metro is starting to look good.

I finally got a reply today through my husbands email. They also called the house at 4am my time to confirm it, so I give them credit there. The email was a little short, but since I gave notice and used a different email I'm not terribly surprised. I never got an email in my messages from the even from spam, but I finally got my husbands to work.
