It depends on whether it is running or not, which as of now seems to be more often not.
Yesterday we were about three families from the front of the GCH entrance EMH line, so we were among the first hundred or so people in the park. We were in the RSR queue by 7:14, in the oil bottle house (maybe a 5 minute more wait if it was operating). So if it was running we would have been finished riding by 7:30. But it wasn't. The ride did not begin operation until 8:50 or so.
Sorry that's not more definitive, but it's the reality right now. And oh, we (and about 95% of the others in the queue) stuck it out, and it was worth the wait!
