RSR FP- when do they run out?

Hi all!

We only have one day at DCA, Nov 21 (this is an EMH day, regular park opening at 9am). Our flight gets into LAX at 8:44am. I'm hoping to be in the parks by 11!

When do RSR FP run out these days? Will we be able to nab them?

We'd do single rider, but have a 6 year old with us.

RideMax doesn't give us the option of RSR FP with an 11:00 start time, so I'm wondering if they'll still be available.

We were there Oct 15, which was an EMH day. We pulled RSR FPs at 10:00 am with a return time of 2:00 ish. We were following a Ridemax plan that wanted us to pull them at 10:00 for a 6:25 pm return time..but the return window was much earlier than Ridemax projected.

We were able to get RSR FP's at 1 p.m. a couple times during our stay late last month. We were surprised, and happy they were for around 7 p.m. because we love riding this ride at night.
We also did single rider several times and never waited more than 20 minutes. However I have to say if the regular wait is over an hour we just turn around and go back later.
