RSR: FP questions

I feel like I just mastered on our last trip in Feb the far right technique and the suggestion to wait on the timing to get a FP for RSR and now I am confused again. I tried searching but couldn't get any info. Is it true that RSR is now connected to the DCA FP system? And, if so, how does this work? If I wait in line and get a FP for RSR for 3 p.m. does that mean I can't get another FP for any DCA ride until after 3 p.m.? What ideas do you have for figuring this out? Thanks (and maybe I've got it all mixed up)

You can pull another FP after 2 hours or when the FP window opens, wherever comes first. So if you pull a 3pm FP at 10am your next FP will be available at noon. The time your next FP is available will be printed on the bottom of the FP.

Oh that makes sense--the 2 hour wait time. That helps. So, now I am wondering about the timing on RSR FP these days? Are they still gone by mid morning? Anything shifting here that you have noticed?

This past Saturday I got a fastpass at about 12:20pm for 9:10-10pm. So my guess is that they ran out between 12:30-1pm.

We were there last week and the time rsr fp ran out varied--on Monday it was 9:30 or 10 am, but on Thursday and Friday we waited until a little after 11 am for an 8:15 pm time. We rode first thing in the morning on Monday and Wednesday with our early entry and waited only about 10 minutes. Didn't use single rider line this time, but it looked on the longish side whenever we were there...
