RS Transport

Hi guys,

I went to book through RS Transport this afternoon for our transfers and the option to pay in advance has disappeared!

Has anyone else noticed this? Should I be worried about doing this option?

Ive never paid in advance and always paid on arrival at hotel. Great company imo and great price

Did you get any confirmation?
I tried to book but I think something was wrong with their website as it just took me to a review page. There was a terms and condition box to tick but under that my only option to click was BACK.
I exited and called and had a fey confusing conversation with whoever answered.
Just wondering if you got an email?

I haven't used them for a few years but we always got a confirmation email through, it sounds like yours may not have gone through. I'd resend it, if it has gone through they'll realise it's a duplicate and as they no longer take credit card payments then it's safe to do.

Matt - I've never paid RS/BS or Ezy in advance, always pay at the time ..... actually prefer it this way in case they're a no show!

I don't want the reservation with them now so I was calling to check that it in fact wasn't received but like I said a really confused convo ensued. My french isn't very good and whilst the gents English certainly was he couldn't tell me if it had gone through or not.

I haven't received anything via email etc and there was no space for CC details so I won't be charged but I would hate to waste someone's time by them turning up for us and we won't be there. I can only presume since I couldn't actually summit past the review/t and C's that the booking didn't go through.

Yes, got confirmation email pretty much instantly! All systems go!
