Just booked RS Transport for my disney trip in november, only 160 euros for 5 persons return. The bus is about this price but no waiting pushing to get on and from airport to hotel great price i think.

We used them last week. The driver was 5 minutes late collecting us but was curteous and safe. He took €90. On return the driver was 10 minutes early and again helped us with luggage and was safe. He took the remaining €70.

I would use them again.

I've booked RS Transports for our trip at the beginning of October. Will they have car seats and would I have to book one? They know there are 2 adults and 1 child but they haven't asked the age of the child.

On both journeys I noticed a quality full child car seat in the back/boot of the minibus. If it was me, I would email them just to make sure it'll definitely be there for you.

We used them on the way back last time and the driver was fantastic. He arrived a few minutes early and loaded all our luggage in the boot and then when we arrived at the airport he unloaded the luggage and put it on a trolley for us! We are going to use them again next time. Is it cheaper to book a return or does it just work out the same as booking 2 singles?

We have used them a number of times and with one exception had really great service.:thumbsup2

You do have to request the child seats in advance and they add them to your confirmation .

It is usually cheaper (only slightly ) to book a return journey rather than two singles.

We used them last week (they are also known as BS transports) we booked a shared shuttle for the 3 of us for 110 euros ,but there was only us 3 in the car ,The driver was polite and helped with bags and on time for both journeys(he was waiting for us 10mins early when we checked out) I did notice a child seat in the car ,he took 60 euros on the way out and the other 50 on the way back,I would use them again it saves a lot of hassle for a little extra in price

i have booked them for my trip in october and i have requested a car seat for my daughter. i would email them and ask for one. when i emailed them they got back to me straight away.

ive just read my confirmation email from them and just noticed in red under comments it says we need your reconfirmation with reservation number am i supposed to email them back??

Just wondering - do you tip the driver and if so do you do it both ways or just on the return journey? How much would you say (on average) is a decent tip?

We tipped both ways - it's very likely that you'll have a different driver for each journey and it wouldn't be fair to tip one but not the other. I tipped 10% each way [€9 and €6].

[Personally I don't agree with tipping cultures..staff should be paid properly for what they do and shouldn't receive more for being polite or whatever...that is part of any job. Having said that, people do tip and it seems mean in the extreme not to join in with it. I could have gone home with €15 more than I did if I hadn't tipped, but it wouldn't have felt right you know.]

Thats very good, when i travelled into CDG in march we got charged 100 euros to take us to sante fe by a taxi, this was for 4 adults an 4 kids, we then paid the same on the return,

I booked for September and have been charged 178.50 euros for 3 adults and 1 child, return from CDG. That seems a bit steeper than the rest of you have quoted. have I been done? lol

we have a return trip booked with rs transports for 2 adults and 3 children, we got charged 150 euros, though this is a shared service

When did you book? We just paid €160 return trip for 5 but we had booked back in April/May and I would assume they would honour their prices.

What price are they quoting for 4 on their website? If it is different to what they have quoted you perhaps you could query it?
